1. Eligibility

• By purchasing a license key, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so under your local laws.

2. Activation of License Keys

• All purchased license keys require activation through our official Discord server: https://discord.gg/4YWVAWbSaX.
• Failure to join the server and complete the activation process may result in your key being unusable.
• Sharing or reselling your key is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds are offered once a license key has been delivered.
• Refunds may only be considered in very exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute your license key.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or bypass the authentication system.
• Use ZeroKick software for illegal activities.
  Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination without notice.

5. Service Availability

• We do not guarantee 24/7 uptime of our authentication servers or Discord services.
• Downtime, updates, or technical issues may occur without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

• ZeroKick and its team are not responsible for any damages, bans, or losses that may occur from the use of our software.
• Use the software at your own risk.

7. Privacy & Data

• We may collect minimal information (such as HWID and purchase logs) for the purpose of license verification and security.
• No personal information is shared with third parties.
• Data related to your subscription may be deleted once your license expires, except for internal log records.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.
• Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
